Ryan Auer has been involved in structuring real estate transactions for the past 25 years in both California and Montana, specializing in the areas of 1031 exchanges, commercial and residential settlement services, home mortgage lending, and most recently senior bank management.  Ryan is a Billings native with strong ties to the San Diego Community, and is active in a number of community-based fundraising efforts, and has served on many different boards and committees throughout his real estate career.  He has served as President of the PTA at Grace Montessori Academy, and was the chief fundraiser for the past 2 years.  He has also been an active member of Billings West End Rotary for over 10 years.  Ryan currently resides in the Yellowstone Country Club with his two daughters, Reagan (11) and Remington (9), where he has served on the YCC Board of directors and is active on the Court and Pool Committees.
